Pre Development is the first step onto our competitive ladder. This group is specially for our young budding gymnasts who show potential. In this group they will learn how to perfect and polish their skills which is extremely important in competitive gymnastics. Along with learning the fundamental competitive gymnastics skills, preparing them for their futures in the sport. Gymnasts selected for this group are required to commit to two sessions a week.

Our Novice squad is for Novice level gymnasts and is ideal for gymnasts with the desire to compete at fun & friendly regional competitions. Gymnasts in this group start off training 2hours a week and progress to 4hours a week.

Our Development Squad is the steping stone into our Elite group. In this group gymnasts focus on increasing their strength and flexibility needed for NDP Grades. Along with learning the entry level Grade skills and gaining competition experience. 

These carefully selected gymnasts show great talent and have been selected by our expert coaches to work towards representation at County, Regional & National Competitions. These competitions require a high standard of both strength and flexibility, so gymnasts are required to be dedicated to their training and have a good work ethic throughout all aspects. A place in this Squad is a big commitment for both parents & gymnasts, but is highly rewarding.
