FAQ

FAQ
Am I able to stay & watch my child's gymnastics lesson?
Our viewing area will be available for parents to watch classes once a month, during the first week of each month (calendar dates below). Our viewing policy has been put in place to benefit every child, helping them get the most out of their classes. Not only are children more focused which benefits their progression within gymnastics, it also helps strengthen confidence and independence.

What child protection and other policies does the club follow?
A disclosure and barring service (DBS) background check is completed by British Gymnastics on all staff & coaches. The DBS prevents unsuitable adults from working with vulnerable groups, including children. The club has a full time welfare officer who has been fully trained by British Gymnastics & Sports Coach UK. Please refer to our policies page for more information.

We're unable to attend our lesson this week, can I swap to another day for one week?
Unfortunately classes are non transferable as we stick to strict numbers to coach participant ratio.

Do classes run through the school holidays?
Classes run as normal throughout majority of the school holidays. The club does close for 6 weeks throughout a year, these closure weeks are given with advance notice and usually fall throughout a school holiday.
